  2. Eligible physicians may apply $360 of the non-member registration fee towards a CSIM Membership. Contact info@csim.ca.
  3. Healthcare professionals working in the field of IM/GIM (e.g., nurses, technicians, health educators).
  4. Pre-registration and payment required. Space is limited. Available only to full conference registrants.

 

Important Notes

  • Due to limited space at the Westin Montréal, registration is expected to sell out and close early.
  • Onsite registration will NOT be available.
  • Register early to secure your space; registrations must be paid in full or will be cancelled.
  • An automatic confirmation email and receipt will be sent upon successful completion of registration and payment; if you do not receive these, contact info@csim.ca as soon as possible.

 

Terms and conditions:

The conference is open to healthcare professionals and trainees. Fees are subject to taxes (GST+QST for Quebec residents; GST for all others) and are payable online by credit card only (VISA or MasterCard). Registration is not confirmed until full payment has been received, and unpaid registrations will be cancelled. Space in workshops is limited, and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Name badges are non-transferable and must be worn at all times.

 

Dietary Requirements:

While we try our best to accommodate all requests, registrants are responsible for ensuring that their special dietary needs are met.  If you have any questions, please contact info@csim.ca or see venue staff onsite. Additional costs to provide special meals may apply.

 

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation of registration must be received in writing to the CSIM Office BY September 21, 2026 for a full refund, less an administration fee of 10% (+ tax) of the registration fee paid. No refunds will be provided after that date. Registrations cannot be shared or transferred.
