CSIM Dr. David Sackett Senior Investigator Award Lecture

The purpose of the CSIM Dr. David Sackett Senior Investigator Award is to recognize excellence in research by a senior Canadian general internist and to increase awareness of high-quality research by general internists in Canada and to foster such research.

The 2020 CSIM Dr. David Sackett Senior Investigator Lecture will be presented by Dr. Chaim Bell.

 

Learning Objectives:

  • Review areas where GIM clinicians and researchers have contributed to and led in healthcare.
  • Identify areas in healthcare they can contribute to and lead and apply that knowledge.
  • Describe how senior GIM clinicians and researchers can mentor junior colleagues to lead in healthcare.
