Brandon Tang, MD, MSc, FRCPC, ABIM is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Specialist with a passion for medical education, health promotion, and healthcare innovation. He has authored two medical textbooks, served as a TEDx speaker, and received the 2021 Canadian Medical Association Award for Young Leaders for his leadership endeavors. As a Deputy Editor at Healthy Debate, he is co-leading the development of a novel communication curriculum which trains healthcare providers how to combat misinformation and convey nuanced information to the public. Brandon is entering his final year of subspecialty training in General Internal Medicine at the University of Toronto and concurrently completing a master’s degree in Medical Education at Harvard Medical School.
